Our Promise

​

  • We do not edit or alter content submitted on our services.

  • We do not suppress, filter, or delete content simply because it is negative/lower-rated, or positive/higher-rated. 

  • With the help of our community, we actively moderate content, remove content, and suspend users who do not respect our community guidelines or the professional nature of our services.

  • FunDay is a neutral platform for the content submitted by our users. We don’t know what happened during the activity or who is telling the truth. Therefore, we limit our moderation practices to compliance with these Guidelines. We stay neutral in all cases of dispute. We don’t take sides and we don’t act as the finder of fact with respect to reviewing content.

  • We apply the same standards of review for all content from all users.

  • We are doing the most we can to identify and remove content that is not following our guidelines as soon as possible, but it may take some time to identify and review the flagged content by our technology or the help of our community. If you see inappropriate reviews, please help us and flag it asap.

 

Guidelines for Posting Reviews

  • Do not post content that is aggressive, offensive, or targets someone in a way that is malicious or deliberately disrespectful. 

  • Do not send or submit unwanted sexual Content or sexually objectify an individual without their consent.

  • Do not use insults or profanity to target others.

  • Do not directly attack other people or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease.

  • Do not threaten to inflict physical harm on others, which includes threatening to kill, torture, sexually assault, or otherwise hurt someone or their property.

  • Do not wish, hope, or express desire for harm. This includes hoping for others to die, suffer illnesses, tragic incidents, or experience other physically harmful consequences.

  • Do not promote or encourage others to commit acts of violence or harm, which includes (but is not limited to) encouraging others to hurt themselves or inciting others to commit atrocity crimes including crimes against humanity, war crimes or genocide. This also includes using coded language (often referred to as "dog whistles") to indirectly incite violence.

  • Do not use slurs or stereotypes. Slurs are words that are used to attack a specific group of people. A stereotype is a statement that makes an assumption without basis about a specific group of people and is offensive.

  • Do not post misinformation on our services.

  • Do not post offensive statements made to deliberately hijack the feed or conversation.

  • Do not intentionally impersonate another person, living or dead, on our services. 

  • Your review should be honest and constitute your own personal opinion.

  • Each user is allowed one review, per activity, per visit.

Guidelines for Posting Photos

  • Do not post copyrighted photos that you do not own.

  • Do not post sexual content. 

  • Do not post photos of others without their explicit consent.

  • Do not post photos of the activity if the business operator does not allow to publicly post.
