Hi, I’m Sasha (Amelie Photography) — a lifestyle photographer based in New York City, working with families from all over the U.S. who visit NYC for vacation, celebration, or just to enjoy the city’s magic. 

With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in natural, cinematic family photography that captures connection, warmth, and everyday joy.

Whether we meet in Central Park, DUMBO, or your hotel suite with a skyline view, my approach is calm and simple. I won’t ask your kids to pose or smile on command. Instead, I gently guide you through moments of play, closeness, and natural interaction — the kind of moments that reflect who you truly are.

Every session includes edited high-resolution images delivered via a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks. Retouching and color correction are included. No rushed expressions, no stiff posing — just timeless photographs full of life and feeling.

FAMILY PACKAGES:

📷 Moments — $400

Up to 1 hour. One NYC location. 50+ edited images. Great for casual strolls or capturing one stage of family life.

📷 Storyline — $600

Up to 2 hours. One or two NYC locations with nearby walking spots. 100+ edited images. Ideal for storytelling with more variety and deeper connection.

📷 Legacy — from $1000

From 4 hours. Multiple spots & outfit swaps. 250+ images. Best choice for a full NYC family experience or travel keepsake.

📷 Petite (weekday only) — $290

30 minutes. One location. 20+ images. For returning clients or those wanting a few meaningful portraits.

Sessions are flexible and kid-friendly. We reschedule if the weather is bad or if little ones need a break. A PDF Prep Guide is included to help you feel confident and ready.

Service & Cancellation Policy

Once your session is officially booked, we reserve your selected date and time just for you and won’t accept any other clients during that slot. To confirm your booking, we require a $100 retainer, which goes toward the full cost of your session. The balance is due on the day of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Your session includes high-resolution edited images delivered via a private online gallery, ready within 10-14 business days. You’ll receive full printing rights and all photos in JPG format with retouching and color correction included. RAW files are not provided or stored long-term.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 10 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. In such a case, your retainer can be applied to a new date (within 2 months), though a $100 rescheduling fee will apply. If cancellation or rescheduling is requested less than 10 days before the session, the retainer will be forfeited.

If weather becomes a concern, we’re flexible and happy to work with you to find an alternative plan or time. However, we ask that all last-minute adjustments (due to illness, emergencies, etc.) be communicated as soon as possible so we can accommodate with care and respect for everyone’s time.

In the rare case that we are unable to perform the session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a suitable replacement or full refund of your retainer.
