Terms of Service

The client must pay at least 30% of the full price of the offer made by the photographer in order to secure the booking, 72 hours prior to the session at the latest. The rest shall be paid before the delivery of the files.

The non-payment of one of the above equals cancelling/rescheduling of the session or delivery.

Refunds are granted if the session is canceled by the photographer or due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, illness, emergencies).

Refunds are not granted if the client cancels for personal reasons, fails to show up, or does not comply with the payment terms.

Any request from the client to postpone or cancel the session must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, a fee of 20% of the session price will be due to the photographer.

If the session cannot take place due to an issue on the photographer’s side, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of the booking fee.

All the photos and/or videos shot by the photographer during the photo sessions are the property of Pauline Mattia Photo & Video, but remain strictly private and confidential. These cannot be published nor shared with any third parties without the client's prior consent.
