Service & Cancellation Policy  

Services Offered  

We offer photoshoots in and around Paris, including couple sessions, family sessions, portraits, weddings, and events. There are multiple packages available, ranging from  30 minutes to 4 hours. Requests for sessions longer than 4 hours must be made 48 hours in advance. Each package includes a set number of edited photos, locations, outfit changes, and session duration.  

Booking & Payment  

Bookings are made through our website and payment is processed via PayPal. For sessions under 3 hours, no deposit is required. For sessions lasting 3 hours or more,  a 30% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due after the shoot, prior to the delivery of the final images.  

Client Responsibilities  

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. If clients arrive late and another session is scheduled afterward, the session time will be reduced accordingly. By booking, clients confirm they have read and understood this policy.  

Photo Delivery & Rights  

Edited photos are delivered via Pic-Time, a private online gallery. Delivery time is typically 5 to 7 days after the client has selected their preferred images. During high season, delivery may take up to 7 to 14 days. The number of delivered photos  depends on the selected package. The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal usage  rights, allowing them to share and print the photos. The photographer will request permission from the client before using any images for promotional purposes.  

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows  

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee. For sessions of 3 hours or more, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their session with a minimum of 14 hours’ notice. Rescheduling due to weather conditions is allowed and will be coordinated without additional charges. In the case of a no-show without prior communication, 50% of the full session price will be charged.  

Photographer Cancellation  

If the photographer needs to cancel the session due to illness or emergency, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be offered.
