I’m Noémie Deveaux, a French photographer & mom of a 4yo little guy, living in Istanbul since October 2013. Let’s create authentic & precious portraits of your family in Istanbul!

As a mom, you handle so much. The kids, the house, the meals, your job… And most probably the family photos during the holidays too! Icing on the cake, as you’re the one in charge, you are hardly in the photos!

You deserve photo sessions where you’ll be stress-free, helped & celebrated. I do everything to make this the easiest experience possible for you. A bit of preparation & then I promise you’ll just enjoy this well-deserved family quality time!

The outcome will show you the love you all have for each other & the sweetness of your interactions with a beautiful background only Istanbul can offer! This will remain forever, for you, for your kids & even for their kids to come!

As the sessions are custom-made, both packages include an effective yet easy preparation:
- to choose the best locations that fit your wishes (I have lots of recommendations)
- to help you pick up color coordinated outfits: this will create a visual harmony.

A bit about me:
I had an accident in France in 2011. I was on sick leave for 6 months, then I came back to work to finally quit my corporate job a few months later. Unemployment offered me the free time I needed. So I worked with a self-coaching book for 3 months. 12 weeks of intense work to know myself better & to open up to new possibilities.

Long story short: at the end of this deep & intense process, I had my dreamt life defined: to be a freelance photographer in Istanbul.
I moved to Istanbul in October 2013 & made it happen.

Through the years, I developed my activities by creating unique Mindful Photo Workshops and Private Photo Lessons and becoming a mom at 43.

Service & Cancellation Policy

By booking a session, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.

1. Payment Method
Payments can be made through Bank transfer, Wise or similar to my French bank account (euros only).
The Client must make sure there will be no extra fees.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit
A retainer of 30% of this fee is required upon booking to confirm your session.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

3. Late Arrivals
Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. If the Client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. No extensions or refunds are provided for late arrivals.

4. Rescheduling
The Client may ask to reschedule the time of their session with at least a 2 week notice.

5. Cancellation
If the Client needs to cancel their photo session, they must notify the photographer as soon as possible. Cancellations of the session will be subject to the following fees:

• More than 2 weeks before the session: Full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

• Less than 72 hours before the session: 50% of the total session fee forfeited.

• No-Show: the full session fee is due and non-refundable.

• No rescheduling will be allowed in the case of a no-show.

The non-refundable retainer is always retained, regardless of the cancellation time.

6. Photographer Cancellation
The session will be rescheduled or a full refund will be provided.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, etc.), the Photographer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session. In such cases, the Client will be given the option to reschedule at no extra charge or receive a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Usage Rights

It’s forbidden to add any filter on any image or to crop them.

The Client cannot claim the Photographer’s work as their own.

9. Online presence
If the Client does not want to have their portraits shared online, they have to notify the Photographer by email.

10. Delivery Time
Processed images will be delivered within about 3 weeks via the Client’s private online gallery, sent by email.

11. File Storage
The Client’s files will be stored for 6 months. After that period, the Photographer is not responsible for the storage or availability of the Client’s files.
