My name is Marijke, a Madrid-based photographer from Germany. I specialise in natural, authentic photography with a personal and artistic touch. My goal is to capture your most treasured moments, creating images that stir emotion, spark memories, and inspire the future.

Being a mum of two, I understand that children need time and space to feel comfortable. That is why I keep sessions light, playful, and fun, never rushed. My focus is on making everyone feel at ease, especially the little ones. A genuine connection is the key to capturing natural and heartfelt images.

Being a family photographer is not only about taking photos but also about connecting, gently guiding, and sometimes becoming an entertainer. Every child is unique, and I always follow their pace. Portrait photography requires empathy and artistic precision, and I prioritise both.

For family sessions with Madrid’s beautiful backdrops, I recommend starting with 90 minutes. This gives enough time for everyone to relax and enjoy. If you prefer a different duration, feel free to reach out so we can find the best option.
