Lotus Photography

I love to connect with everyone I photograph. I aim to capture an emotion in the moment and give you photos you will cherish forever. As long as I can remember, I have loved taking photos and the art of capturing a moment in time. 

My passion for photography grew when my daughter, Lotus, was born in 2004 and I began documenting her childhood with an eye toward catching each irreplaceable moment. 

Nature and art inspire me and I regularly explore the DMV area looking for non traditionally beautiful or off-the-beaten path spots that can be overlooked. 

I love meeting and connecting with people, and I always have fun with my sessions. It's an amazing gift to me that photography gives me the opportunity to create art. 

The possibilities are endless and all around us in everyday life, even in little things. I incorporate light and landscape to help create memorable photos. My aim is to give you pictures you will love and treasure!

One hour family sessions start at $450
