I’m Juliette, a Washington, DC-based family photographer specializing in candid, documentary-style portraits in some of the city’s most iconic—and unexpected—locations. I’ve been photographing clients for more than 10 years around DC, MD, and VA from maternity, to newborns to families with small or big kids.

From the charm of Georgetown and the colorful doors of Capitol Hill to the vibrant scenes around Union Market, the Kennedy Center, or Navy Yards, we’ll explore a corner of DC that suits your family's vibe and lets your connection shine.

Sessions are laid-back and natural—no forced poses, no matching outfits, no stress. Whether you're here on vacation or just want to mark this moment in your family’s life, we'll create photos that feel like you.

We welcome all LGBTQ+, BIPOC, differently-abled, neurodiverse, and non traditionally-structured families.

The Experience

This is an all-inclusive experience designed to be easy and enjoyable from start to finish.

$950 includes:

– 45 minutes of relaxed coverage at a DC location of your choice 

– At least 30 fully edited images delivered in a private online gallery with immediate download

– Planning support and location guidance to help you feel prepared and excited 

– A photographer from the JFP team—most sessions are photographed by one of Juliette’s talented associate photographers, all trained in her signature documentary approach and hand-selected for their warmth, creativity, and ability to connect with families. (If you’d like Juliette to photograph your session personally, there is a $120 surcharge.)

Regardless of who photographs your session, all image selection, editing, and final gallery delivery is handled by Juliette herself, ensuring a consistent and polished look every time.

We can meet you anywhere in the city and help you choose a spot that fits your style—whether that’s somewhere classic, trendy, hidden, or meaningful to you.

Policy

● The session is only officially booked once the client signs the contract and pays a $300 deposit.

● Requests to reschedule must be made 2 days before the session date. 

● If the session cannot be rescheduled, $200 of the deposit will be refunded. 

● There is an additional charge of +$100 for weekend dates.

● There is a 3-week turnaround for gallery delivery
