Terms & Conditions

Booking

To secure your session, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required, payable via Stripe or PayPal. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the shoot. Your booking is only confirmed once the initial payment has been received. All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Non-payment equals cancellation/rescheduling of the session or delivery.

Cancellation

– Refunds are granted if the session is canceled by the photographer or due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather, emergencies).

– Refunds are not granted if the client cancels for personal reasons, fails to show up, or does not comply with the payment terms.

– Requests to postpone or cancel must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, a fee of 20% of the session price will be charged.

Travel

Prices include travel within the Community of Madrid. For sessions outside this area, a travel fee of €0.30/km applies.

Photo Usage

Hello Twiggs reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes on social networks and photography platforms. This does not entitle the client to financial compensation. If you prefer your photos not to be shared, please state this clearly in writing via email before delivery. Otherwise, consent will be assumed.
