During the class, you’ll make three different types of pasta — such as fettuccine, ravioli, and spaghetti alla chitarra— paired with authentic Italian sauces. Adults will enjoy a tasting of selected Italian wines, while kids can have soft drinks and learn to roll, cut, and shape their own pasta.
Our classes take place in a real cooking lab in central Rome (Monteverde area, near Trastevere) and are kept small (max 8–10 participants) to ensure personal attention and a true local experience. You’ll cook, eat, laugh, and take home new skills and memories that last a lifetime!
