As you walk along the river, you’ll learn about its unique bridges and hidden gardens. Your guide will explain how Paris was born from the Seine and how its two sides make up an important part of the city's character.

As you listen to the stories and your guide points out sights, soak up those incredible riverfront views. You’ll even see the famous Louvre Pyramid.

Your Musée d'Orsay ticket is optional. If you have little tykes, they may not be up for a museum. No worries. You can opt for a narrated boat ride on the Seine instead (or in addition). But older kids will enjoy the beautiful art inside this museum that’s a lot more manageable than the Louvre for families — not nearly as large or as crowded. And you get to see some of the most quintessential French art, like Monet’s water lilies.

Tip: Don’t skip the terrace of the museum. It has lovely views of the Seine and bridges you just explored!
