Cancellation Policy and Trip Protection Insurance

Non-refundable, but can be rescheduled, or converted into a Gift Certificate to be held till future travel plans can be determined. Please be assured that Big Apple Jazz Tours is going to work with all our customers to move dates or transfer tours to other parties in the form of Gift Certificates. 

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded. Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case by case basis, so please get in touch - we always strive to be fair.

The activity runs regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability), or be refunded ticket price in full.

Trip Protection:

We recommend purchasing Trip Protection for only 10% more. This allows you to cancel, in writing, up to 24-hours prior to the start time of the event to receive a full refund of ticket price.
