You will walk through the timeline of the theatre, from the Follies to present-day, and learn about the evolution of Broadway. See costumes and set pieces from your favorite Broadway shows, from Oklahoma, West Side Story, Company, The Lion King, Hamilton, and so much more. You will also take a peek behind the curtain, and see how set, lighting, costume, and makeup designers all contribute to a show, in the “Making of a Broadway Show” exhibit. Our teens loved the Museum of Broadway! They had fun exploring costumes and props from famous shows. It was cool to see how musicals are made. The staff were nice and made it a great experience for all of us.
