Cancellation / Service Policy:
Private tours can be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund up to 2 weeks prior to the tour date. If you need to cancel within two weeks, we offer a 70% refund up to 48 hours prior to the tour. For cancellations the day prior to the experience (24-48 hours before the tour start time), we offer a 30% refund as all of the restaurant reservations, guide reservations and food reservations are already complete at that point.
Tours cannot be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the tour start time. As all reservations and food orders are confirmed in advance, we cannot offer refunds for guests that do not show up on the day of the tour.
In short:
● More than 2 weeks in advance = full refund
● 2 weeks - 48 hours = 70% refund
● 48-24 hours = 30% refund
● Within 24 hours = no refund
