Service & Cancellation Policy

Our Services

We offer two types of guided experiences:

1. Copenhagen Free Walking Tours

● Join engaging, tip-based walking tours led by passionate local guides.

● No upfront payment required—tip at the end based on the value of the 

tour and your experience.

● Tours last about 1.5–2.5 hours.

● Booking directly with us = 0 booking fees.

● Some third-party platforms charge a non-refundable reservation fee (€3–€5).

2. Guided Tours Copenhagen (Private Tours)

● Custom private tours for families, companies, or groups.

● Routes and timing tailored to your interests.

● Prepaid by invoice or booking system.

● Ideal for team-building, education, or special requests.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We aim to be flexible and guest-friendly.

Free Tour Reservations:

● Please cancel or reschedule via your confirmation email.

● No fee to cancel if you booked directly.

● Reservation fees via 3rd-party platforms are non-refundable.

● No-shows without cancellation take up valuable spots—please cancel if needed.

Private Tours:

● We’ll do our best to reschedule when plans change.

● Contact us 72+ hours in advance for full flexibility.

Refund terms:

● 72+ hrs: Full refund or reschedule

● 24–72 hrs: 50% refund or reschedule

● <24 hrs: No refund, but we’ll try to reschedule

If We Cancel:

● Tours run rain or shine, but may be delayed or canceled in extreme weather or safety concerns.

● If we cancel, we’ll contact you and offer a full refund or reschedule.
