We capture both posed and candid moments, so your final gallery includes joyful smiles, sweet in-between moments, and timeless portraits. Each session is tailored to your preferences, and we guide you from selecting the perfect location to feeling confident and relaxed in front of the camera. Photoshoot Packages:

1. Times Square (30 min)  $355

Capture the electric energy of Times Square at multiple curated spots among the neon lights and towering billboards. You’ll receive a full gallery of professionally color corrected images (about 40 photos) delivered within 5 business days.

2. Manhattan Deluxe (60 min)  $545

From Times Square to 5th Ave (plus a quick Central Park stop), capture NYC’s highlights in ~80 beautifully edited photos.

3. Central Park Signature (60 min) $545

Capture Central Park’s charm year-round, from Bow Bridge to Bethesda Terrace—with ~80 edited photos blending nature and city views.

4. Brooklyn Bridge & DUMBO (60 min) $545

From Brooklyn Bridge views to DUMBO’s cobblestone charm, capture ~80 edited photos blending skyline, history, and style.

5. Times Square + Central Park Combo (90 min) $815

From Times Square’s energy to Central Park’s calm, capture ~100 edited photos blending city lights with scenic park beauty.

6. Holiday Lights Special – 45 min (December only) $455

Capture the holiday magic at Rockefeller Tree, Radio City, and 6th Ave lights with ~60 festive, edited photos, perfect for cards and memories.

**All packages include**

• Guided posing and candid coaching for natural, confident photos

• Full gallery of high resolution, color corrected images delivered via online gallery

• Flexible scheduling

Clients will receive a gallery of digital, color-corrected JPEG photographs via online gallery within five (5) business days after the photoshoot. All images are licensed for personal use 

Payments & Refunds: 

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, payable via cash, check, credit card, or another method approved by the studio. This deposit is non refundable, except under the following limited circumstances:

• In the case of a medical emergency, in which case official documentation must be provided to qualify for a refund.

• If severe weather conditions (such as heavy rain) prevent the Photographer from performing the session.

In these cases only, the deposit will be refunded in full. For all other cancellations or changes, the deposit remains non-refundable. Once booked, your time slot is reserved exclusively for you and will not be offered to other 

clients. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot, and must be paid in full after the session is completed. The delivery of final edited photographs is contingent upon full payment. The studio reserves the right to withhold delivery until all fees have been paid and cleared.

Photos will reflect the unique style showcased on our website and Instagram 

@timessquarephotostudio. 

Additional Costs & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for any extra costs incurred, such as travel, permits, admission tickets, or the need for an additional photographer. Transportation is not included and must be arranged by the client.
