Agreement to Terms:

By booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Payment Terms:

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the photoshoot. Payments can be made via [insert preferred payment methods].

Weather Conditions:

Heavy Rain: If heavy rain is forecasted, the session may be rescheduled to a day before or after the original booking date, based on mutual availability.

Light Rain: For light rain, you may choose to continue or stop the session. If you choose to stop, the full session fee will still apply, as time and planning have been allocated for your booking.

Outfit Changes:

Outfit changes are welcome and can add variety to your photo gallery. Please bring a tote bag or similar for easy access and quick changes to make the most of your session time.

Additional Services:

Any additional services or hours beyond your chosen package may incur extra charges. Please communicate special requests in advance so we can confirm feasibility and provide accurate pricing.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund due to the short notice and preparation involved.

Changes to Terms: we reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website and on our FunDay page.
